Your focus will be business based across a number of European countries. As such, this is a role for candidates with results driven potential who are prepared to embark on a steep learning curve.
Is this a challenge that matches your profile as an experienced, analytical and results oriented professional with a focus on service delivery? Do you have valuable experience with credit and collection operations in a shared service center environment? This requires you to build relationships with internal customers and external service providers as you identify and resolve transaction and process issues. You also propose and implement performance improvement initiatives. This demands the strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills necessary to engage stakeholders and perform project change management, along with the ability to present complex issues and solutions to non-Finance staff.
A further central element of the role is that of high level people and performance management in a matrix organization from a remote location. This includes coaching, motivating and developing the team, including outsourced service centers in Poland and India, as you enhance people skills in order to meet changing business needs.
